Police on scene of death investigation in Horry County

HORRY COUNTY, S.C. (WMBF) - Authorities are on the scene of a death investigation in the Grand Strand.
The Horry County Police Department said Sunday that officers and investigators are in the 6000 block of Enterprise Road in Socastee conducting that investigation.
HCPD says residents may see an increased police presence in the area through the evening, but there is no active risk to the community.
