19-year old steals DC Metrobus, picks up passengers and crashes

(NBC) - A Maryland teenager is facing charges after posing as a bus driver and stealing a bus.
The Metro Transit Police Department arrested 19-year-old William Jackson after he took the bus, began picking up passengers and then crashed.
Jackson has been charged him with unauthorized use of a vehicle and fleeing the scene of an accident.
Transit officials reported that Jackson, while wearing a bus driver's uniform, took a bus from within Metro's Bladensburg, Maryland facility.
Passenger Marcus Harris said everything seemed normal until the bus crashed.
