Missing man found dead at Robeson County cemetery, deputies say

ROBESON COUNTY, NC (WMBF) - The Robeson County Sheriff’s Office is investigating after a missing man was found dead inside a car at a cemetery.

Deputies with the sheriff’s office were dispatched on Monday to a suspicious vehicle at a cemetery on Fodiesville Road in Shannon.

30-year-old Michael Graham was found dead on the scene, according to the sheriff’s office.

Investigators with the sheriff’s office were assisting the Red Springs Police Department with a missing person investigation at the time Graham was found.

The sheriff’s office says Graham was last seen around 12:40 a.m. on Sunday, driving a gray Ford Fusion in the area of Old Lowery Road.

The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives is assisting with the investigation.

Anyone with surveillance cameras in the areas of Old Lowery Road and Fodiesville Road is asked to review footage for any suspicious activity around the time and date of Graham’s disappearance.
