Two charged in shooting at Georgetown County park that injured three

GEORGETOWN COUNTY, SC (WMBF) – Two people are now facing charges for a shooting that injured three people Thursday night at a Georgetown County park.

Jaquan Ramell Archie, 22, of Georgetown, is charged with three counts of attempted murder. Randia Eliza Neville, 17, also of Georgetown, has been charged with three counts of accessory after the fact to felony, according to information from the Georgetown County Sheriff's Office.

The victims were shot at Sampit Community Park during a fight.

According to a press release from the GCSO, a group arranged to meet at the park, located on St. Delight Road, for a fight. After a vehicle pulled up, a number of shots were reportedly fired. Three victims were taken to a hospital for treatment, the release stated.

The investigation into the shooting continues.
