Georgetown Police searching for CVS armed robbery suspect

GEORGETOWN, SC (WMBF) - Georgetown City Police Officers responded to the CVS on N. Fraser Street Sunday afternoon in reference to an armed robbery.

Captain Nelson E. Brown said the suspect is a white male around 30 or 40 years of age and presented a revolver. He has sleeve tattoos on both arms ,brown hair, short scruffy facial hair, missing teeth, dark tan dirty white/army khaki visor, and sweat pants.

Brown also said the suspect looked real jaundice and shaken.

Police have identified the suspect as Lloyd Franklin out of North Carolina. He and his wife are persons of interest in a double homicide in Davidson County NC.

They were last seen in a blue 2006 Chrysler Town and Country Minivan with a North Carolina tag XRX-2142. Franklin and his companion should be considered armed and dangerous.
