Report: Shots fired outside Remedies Bar and Grill Friday
MYRTLE BEACH, SC (WMBF) – Horry County Police Officers responded to Castle Drive early Friday morning in reference to reports of an aggravated assault towards a man, then shots fired at a woman's vehicle at Remedies Bar and Grill.
A male victim reported that he was leaving the bar and a man who was accompanied by 5 or 6 other men, physically assaulted and pistol whipped him in the face.
A female victim reported that she witnessed her friend's assault and the same suspect approached her car, smashed her window and pointed a gun at her. She also told police as she sped away the suspect fired several times at the vehicle but did not hit the vehicle.
The woman was not injured in the shooting and the man suffered minor injuries from the assault.
The suspect is described as a black male 6 ft 8 in tall.
