Pelicans add additional dollar beer nights

MYRTLE BEACH, SC (WMBF) – The Myrtle Beach Pelicans, Class A-Advanced affiliate of the Texas Rangers, are adding additional $1.00 beer nights to the 2014 line-up.

The chosen nights will occur during weeks without a traditional Thirsty Thursday. Additional nights will include:

"Thirsty Thursday is our most popular night with both locals and tourists," stated General Manager Andy Milovich. "When discussing our goals for the 2015 schedule with our owner, Chuck Greenberg, he commented 'wouldn't it be great to be home every Thursday?' We quickly realized that beyond the alliteration of Thirsty Thursday, the magic was in the 'Thirsty' and every visitor to the Grand Strand should have a chance to enjoy a great summer evening at TicketReturn.Com Field with a $1.00 beverage regardless of the limitations of our schedule."
