Palmetto Point Blvd, 17 Bypass crash stalls traffic

MYRTLE BEACH, SC (WMBF) An overturned vehicle on Palmetto Point Boulevard has traffic backed up on the 17 Bypass.
The South Carolina Highway Patrol website reports there are injuries involved in the accident, but authorities are not yet saying how many victims are hurt or the extent of their injuries.
WMBF Traffic Tracker Meghan Miller suggest taking Socastee Boulevard to Hwy 544 and then back onto the 17 Bypass to avoid the traffic in this collision.
