MYRTLE BEACH, SC (WMBF) - After a cooler Friday, the Spring-like warmth returns for the weekend.
SATURDAY
Expect the on-and-off cloud cover to linger through Saturday. A few showers are possible into the afternoon but much of the area remains dry this weekend. Temperatures start the rebound with the middle 70s expected Saturday afternoon.
SUNDAY
Sunnier skies return Sunday as temperatures continue to soar. Afternoon highs climb to 76° along the Grand Strand with lower 80s likely inland of the Waterway.

NEXT WEEK
We’re moving into a more active weather pattern next week with some much-needed rainfall in the forecast. The first storm system arrives Tuesday and brings a round of showers and storms late in the day.
Rain chances will linger through the week as several systems make their way through the Carolinas. Many spots could see upwards of 2″ of needed rain through the end of next week.
