Marion man pleads guilty to heroin charge, sentenced to 12 years in prison
CONWAY, S.C. (WMBF) – A Marion man will spend more than a decade behind bars on a heroin charge, according to the Horry County Solicitor’s Office.
Officials said Elijah Christopher Davis, 38, pleaded guilty to second-offense possession with intent to distribute heroin on May 13.
The Honorable Circuit Court Judge Robert Bonds sentenced Davis to 12 years in prison.
