Pedestrian killed after being hit by vehicle in Florence Co.

FLORENCE COUNTY, S.C. (WMBF) – A pedestrian was killed after being hit by a car late Wednesday night in Florence County.
According to the South Carolina Highway Patrol, the person was walking on TV Road – around three miles west of Florence - around 10 p.m. Wednesday.
A car traveling in the same direction hit the person and they died at the scene, according to law enforcement. The driver was not hurt.
The SCHP is investigating.
