One flown to hospital after Darlington County house fire

DARLINGTON COUNTY, S.C. (WMBF) – One person was airlifted to the hospital after a house fire Thursday night in Darlington County, according to officials.
Darlington County Fire District Chief Ricky Flowers said it happened at a home on Creek Crossing Road.
The homeowner sustained second-degree burns to about 15% of the body, Flowers added.
The fire chief noted the cause of the blaze appears to be electrical.
