One injured in crash on U.S. 17 Bypass in Myrtle Beach

MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. (WMBF) – Crews were called to a two-vehicle crash Tuesday morning in Myrtle Beach.

According to information from Horry County Fire Rescue, the collision happened at 5000 U.S. 17 Bypass.

One person was taken to the hospital with injuries, first responders said. Drivers are asked to avoid the area as crews work to clear the scene.

The South Carolina Highway Patrol is on scene and investigating.
