MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. (WMBF) -Skies will gradually clear tonight with more sunshine and seasonable temperatures through the end of the week.
Pesky clouds will continue to gradually break up through the evening and overnight hours as drier weather returns to the region. Under clearing skies, temperatures will drop to near 32 inland and into the middle 30s along the Grand Strand. Patchy frost is likely early Wednesday.
Wednesday will see much brighter skies and passing clouds at times. With more sunshine, temperatures will gradually warm up through the afternoon with readings in the middle 50s.
Thursday will see another round of fair skies and seasonable temperatures in the middle to upper 50s.
A cold front will approach the area on Friday. Ahead of the front, temperatures will climb to near 60 with thickening clouds and a chance of showers by the evening.
The front will move off shore Friday night and usher in cooler temperatures and sunny skies for the weekend.
