Horry County police release new surveillance pictures connected to armed robbery case

HORRY COUNTY, S.C. (WMBF) – The Horry County Police Department released new surveillance pictures of a person wanted in an armed robbery case.

Investigators said they are searching for two people connected to robberies that happened Friday night at the Homewood Grill on Highway 701 North near Conway and the Sunhouse on Highway 90 near Conway.

New information from the investigation revealed that minutes after one of the robberies, one of the suspects went to a local grocery store on Highway 701 and cashed lottery tickets that were stolen during one of the robberies.

The new surveillance pictures show a man going into that grocery store.

Anyone with information about the identity or whereabouts of the people involved in the robberies is asked to call 843-248-1520.
