MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. (WMBF) – The Myrtle Beach Police Department has released new pictures that they hope will help them make an arrest in a vandalism case.

They said the man seen in the pictures is a person of interest in a series of vandalism incidents over the weekend.

Authorities said the Mount Olive AME Church on Carver Street, the city services building, the Myrtle Beach Area Chamber of Commerce, the SAU Insurance office on Oak Street and the police department were vandalized with red spray paint.

Incident reports stated the buildings were spray-painted with the words “855 Pedo Money.”

On Sunday, Myrtle Beach police released pictures of a suspect. The person was seen riding a bike and had a mask over their face and a hoodie.

Police are looking for this person in connection with the vandalism of buildings in the Oak Street area of Myrtle Beach.
