MYRTLE BEACH, SC (WMBF) - Tuesday will bring a few sprinkles and light showers followed by better rain chances to end the week.
Tonight will see fair skies and cool temperatures as readings drop into the lower 40s across the Grand Strand and into the upper 30s across the Pee Dee.
A weak storm system will move through the Carolinas on Tuesday providing mostly cloudy skies and a slight chance of rain. Only a few sprinkles and a stray light shower are two are expected. Temperatures will climb into the lower to middle 50s through the day.
Skies will brighten up for Wednesday and Thursday with seasonable temperatures reaching the lower to middle 50s during the day and dropping into the middle to upper 30s at night.
Another more significant rain maker will arrive on Friday with a better chance of a soaking rain at times. Rainfall totals right now look to reach one half to one inch and no flooding issues are expected.
