Authorities search for suspect in vandalizing of buildings, including Myrtle Beach Police Department

MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. (WMBF) – Myrtle Beach police are investigating several cases of vandalism that occurred in the Oak Street area.

According to the Myrtle Beach Police Department, the Mount Olive AME Church on Carver Street, the city services building, the Myrtle Beach Area Chamber of Commerce, the SAU Insurance office on Oak Street, and the police department were vandalized with red spray paint.

Incident reports stated the building were spray painted with the words “855 Pedo Money.”

Police are looking for the person in the above photo. Anyone with information is asked to call Myrtle Beach officers at (843) 918-1382.
