MBPD releases surveillance pictures after 16 car break-ins at resort parking garage

MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. (WMBF) – The Myrtle Beach Police Department has released surveillance pictures of people who may be connected to series of car break-ins at a resort parking garage.

Officers were called on Saturday night to the Anderson Ocean Club parking garage off Withers Drive, where they discovered 16 vehicles were damaged.

Several of the vehicles had their windows broken and items were stolen.

Police looked at private cameras in the area and saw three people walking around the parking garage and leaving it during the time when the break-ins occurred.

They’re asking for help in identifying the people seen in the surveillance pictures.
