CHARLESTON, S.C. (WMBF) – A live wire went down near Charleston city market, sparking fire and explosions.
A reporter from our sister station WCSC in Charleston captured video of the live wire sparking in the middle of the street as heavy winds and rain from Hurricane Dorian battered the Holy City.
As of 12:30 p.m., there are more than 10,000 people in the Grand Strand, Pee Dee area.
