MYRTLE BEACH, SC (WMBF) – Myrtle Beach police want to make sure you know what to do when it comes to an active shooter situation.

They’re offering a training session for civilians.

The free and education session will take place at 1 p.m. Tuesday at the General Robert H. Reed Recreation Center at 800 Grabreski Lane.
