HCFR: Logging equipment catches fire in Loris area

HORRY COUNTY, SC (WMBF) – Horry County firefighters have responded to a commercial vehicle fire call in the Loris area.
Horry County Fire Rescue were called around 6:50 p.m. Tuesday to W. Bear Grass Road at SC 905.
HCFR spokesperson Tony Casey said logging equipment and a pile of debris caught fire.

Pictures from the scene show smoke billowing in the area around a piece of equipment.
Casey said the fire is not spreading and there are no injuries.
