Horry County Police are trying to track down Rayva Shawnette Knowlin.
Officers responded in April to Redenbo Drive in Loris in reference to a malicious damage complaint.
Officers met with a victim who said he was parked, sitting in the driver’s seat of a car, when Knowlin drove into the driver’s side of that vehicle then drove off. The victim complained of injuries and said he was going to the hospital for treatment.
There was visible damage to the car. A witness corroborated the story.
Knowlin is charged with domestic violence of a high and aggravated nature and malicious damage between $2,000 and $10,000.
She’s 21 years old with a last known address of 12th Avenue in Conway.
Horry County Police are also looking for Crystal Lynn Lowe.
Last March, authorities responded to the Walmart at 151 Middle Ridge Avenue in Conway in reference to a shoplifting incident.
An employee told police he saw Lowe select a large amount of steak and place it all in her shopping cart.
The employee said the suspect then concealed the steak in a trashcan and went into the restroom. Lowe then allegedly walked out of the store without paying. That employee said he knew the suspect from prior occasions and called her by her name.
He said Lowe stopped and told him she wanted to tell her boyfriend goodbye but then fled the scene in an older black Chevy truck. That employee said he did recover the steak but could not return it to the shelf due to the time it was out of the cooler.
Lowe is charged with two counts of shoplifting and failure to appear for financial identity fraud from a previous case.
She’s 37 years old with a last known address of Rose Moss Road in Conway.
