MYRTLE BEACH, SC (WMBF) – The man who opened fire on another man outside of a Myrtle Beach gas station is out of jail.
Ryan Ralston pleaded guilty Tuesday to unlawful carrying of a pistol and pointing and presenting a firearm at a person.
He was sentenced to time served of 361 days and had to pay court costs. According to J. Reuben Long Detention Center, Ralston was released Wednesday afternoon after spending nearly a year in jail.
The shooting in last May at the Circle K convenience store on South Kings Highway was caught on camera and posted to Twitter.
It showed one man opening fire on another, while the person catching the action on his phone tried to hide behind his dash.
Police said there were no injuries in the shooting.
They said Ralston and the victim knew each other.
