CONWAY, SC (WMBF) – A Myrtle Beach man will spend the next 14 years in prison after pleading guilty to a 2018 bank robbery.

According to a press release from the 15th Circuit Solicitor’s Office, 46-year-old Donald Slattery pleaded guilty Wednesday to robbing the PNC Bank on Oak Street in Myrtle Beach in August of last year.

Slattery entered the bank with a note and took an undisclosed amount of cash, the release stated. Myrtle Beach police saw the defendant in the area of the bank and he matched the description given by employees, as well as what was observed on the video surveillance system.
