Myrtle Beach police investigate woman tied up, sexually assaulted

MYRTLE BEACH, SC (WMBF) – Myrtle Beach police are investigating after a woman told officers she was kidnapped and raped.

A police report states that the woman was walking to her vehicle around 1 a.m. Tuesday at the Speedway gas station on Mr. Joe White Avenue when two men walked up to her.

She told officers the men started fondling her and then proceeded to blindfold her, tied her hands together and then shoved her into her vehicle and drove to an unknown location where she was sexually assaulted by one of the two men, according to the police report.

The report does not indicate that any arrests have been made in the case.
