Crews reopen Highway 90 after crash with entrapment
Crews respond to a two-vehicle crash with entrapment on Highway 90

HORRY COUNTY, SC (WMBF) – A two-vehicle crash Tuesday night caused crews to shut down Highway 90 in both directions.

First responders were called around 6:45 p.m. to the intersection of Highway 90 and French Collins Road.

Horry County Fire Rescue spokesperson Tony Casey said at least one person was trapped inside one of the vehicles.

He said two people ended up being taken to Conway Medical Center with non-life-threatening injuries.

Crews cleared the crash and reopened Highway 90 just before 8 p.m.
