TRAFFIC ALERT: Brush fire closes portion of Pine Island Road in Myrtle Beach

MYRTLE BEACH, SC (WMBF) – A brush fire has closed a portion of Pine Island Road in Myrtle Beach Thursday afternoon.
A WMBF News crew on scene said Pine Island was closed at Robert Grissom Parkway and Highway 15 due to the fire.
Crews were on scene and there was no immediate threat to structures.
