MURRELLS INLET, SC (WMBF) – Why did the alligator cross the causeway?

Whatever its reason, this particular gator won’t be accused of jaywalking, as it stayed perfectly within the causeway crossing at Huntington Beach State Park in Murrells Inlet Monday morning.

Viewer Austin Bond caught video of the alligator making its way to the other side, as a car yielded the right-of-way to the reptile.

It's amazing how often the alligators use the crosswalks when crossing! The background music is me playing the piano. To listen to the full audio, please go to https://youtu.be/0ElDFdykcXo
