Two men accused of robbing Dollar General at gunpoint

LUMBERTON, NC (WMBF) – The Lumberton Police Department is searching for two men accused of robbing a Dollar General at gunpoint Thursday night, according to a release from the department.
Two men, who were wearing white bandannas over their faces, were caught on video walking into the store located at 2505 MLK Drive around 8:55 p.m., police said.
The suspects were able to leave the store with an undisclosed amount of money, the release states.
The first suspect is described as about 5’11” and 200 pounds. At the time of the robbery he was wearing a tan jacket, blue jeans and a green book bag, police said.
The second suspect, the one who was carrying the handgun, is described to be 5’8” and 200 pounds.
No one was hurt in the incident, according to police.
