ROBESON COUNTY, NC (WMBF) – Three members of the same family were arrested on drug charges Thursday following a search warrant at a home in Lumberton.
According to a news release from the Robeson County Sheriff’s Office, investigators with the department’s Drug Enforcement Division and SWAT team executed the search at a home in the 100 block of Candor Drive. Deputies say Oxycodone pills and drug paraphernalia were found inside the residence.
Allen Jacobs, 54, Deborah Clark-Jacobs, 54, and their son, 30-year-old Richardo Martez Clark, were each charged with trafficking opium or heroin, conspiracy to traffic opium or heroin, possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver a schedule II controlled substance, maintaining a drug dwelling and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Richardo Clark and Deborah Clark-Jacobs were each placed in the Robeson County Detention Center under a $100,000 secured bond, the release states. Allen Jacobs was placed in the Robeson County Detention Center under a $110,500 secured bond. Jacobs was also served with three outstanding orders for arrest for failure to appear for previous drug charges, according to deputies.
