ROBESON COUNTY, NC (WMBF) - A man wanted in connection to a shooting in Shannon is in custody Sunday after a peaceful surrender. Robeson County Sheriff’s deputies say 22-year-old Kevin Hagens Jr. fired into an occupied vehicle Wednesday off Rennert Road in Shannon.
Hagens Jr. turned himself into authorities Sunday. Hagans Jr. was placed into the custody of the Robeson County Detention Center with a $25,000 bond.
Hagens Jr is no stranger to the news, he was arrested earlier this year for his connection to stolen cattle.
