DARLINGTON, SC -- Darlington city workers have discovered a second leak in a water line in the west side of downtown Darlington.
According to an email from Darlington Downtown Revitalization Association on Thursday, water was out in parts of the city after a water line broke during work on the South West Darlington Storm Water Project along Pearl Street.
Water is out from the railroad track to Fitness World as well as parts of Syracuse Street. Crews are on scene to remedy the problem.
While crews work to repair the water line, Cross Street, near Raceway Ford, will be closed until around 5 p.m., according to an update from city officials.
