Aiken County Sheriff's Department investigating a shooting in Wagener

WAGENER, SC (WFXG) -

The Aiken County Sheriff's Department is investigating a shooting that left one man injured last night.

It happened around 7:30 on Pine Street in Wagener. When deputies arrived on scene - they found a black male with apparent gunshot wounds to his arm - abdomen - and foot. He was taken to the hospital and his current condition is unknown.

Witnesses who heard gunshots in the area called deputies. Witnesses and the victim could not give any information or description on possible suspects.
