    HORRY COUNTY, SC (WMBF) -- Nearly a week after Hurricane Florence made landfall the impact of the storm is still being felt as river levels continue to rise shutting down roads across the Carolinas.  Those road closures are now creating issues for drivers, specifically during their commutes to and from work.     Florence County, (WMBF) - Florence County Emergency Management officials held a press conference at their emergency management center Thursday to discuss the  Pee Dee and Lynches River flooding situation. Director, Dusty Owens, said the Lynches River and Pee Dee river are on track to overflow by this weekend and anticipates the flooding being slightly larger than Hurricane Matthew in 2016.
