HORRY COUNTY, SC (WMBF) - The Horry County Sheriff's Office is searching for two people wanted for three counts of unlawful neglect of a child or helpless person.

An Horry County report details how officers responded April 1 to Chenoa Drive in Myrtle Beach, where a victim stated Smith approached her about identity fraud. He claimed he was a victim of it through a dental office. Smith allegedly was irate about it and grabbed the victim by her hair and struck her head into the pavement 22 times before a bystander pulled him off of her. His last known address is on Southwood Drive in Myrtle Beach.

Donna Vecera is wanted for unlawful neglect of a child, according to an Horry County report from March 30. It says officers responded to the Panther Parkway in Forestbrook where the complainant said three children had been going into an empty home for several days. Vecera's last known address is on Southern Cross Trail in Myrtle Beach.
