Lumberton Police offer reward for information on fires set at 8 vacant trailers

LUMBERTON, NC (WMBF) – A $2,500 reward is being offered for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the person or persons responsible for a string of fires being set at vacant trailers in the Turner Mobile Home Park.

There have been eight fires set to vacant trailers during night hours between January 23, 2017 and March 30, 2017 at the mobile home park, located at 300 Pearl Street in Lumberton, according to a news release from the Lumberton Police Department.

Anyone with information is asked to contact Detective Yvette Pitts at the Lumberton Police Department or any member of the Lumberton Police Department at 910-671-3845.
