MYRTLE BEACH, SC (WMBF) – A man was arrested in Myrtle Beach Monday night after he reportedly showed his bare buttocks to a woman who refused to give him money and told her to “kiss his [expletive],” according to a police report.

Bobby Joe Buffkin, Jr., 43, was arrested by Myrtle Beach Police and charged with public intoxication and exposure of specified anatomical parts.

The victim told police that she was in the parking lot of a supermarket near 7600 N. Kings Highway when she was approached by a man, later identified as Buffkin, asking for money. She told him she was not going to give him anything, and he began to yell and curse at her.

The woman got into her vehicle and Buffkin continued to yell at her, the report states. She pulled out her cell phone to call the store manager. When he saw the phone, he asked if she was going to call police. When she said yes, Buffkin turned around, revealed his bare buttocks, and told her to “kiss his [expletive].”

At that point, the store manager came out, and Buffkin left the scene while yelling at the manager and the woman, the report continues.

When police arrived, Buffkin had left the area, but they got a good description of Buffkin from the woman. An officer spotted Buffkin on the corner of 76th Ave. North and Kings Highway. The report states Buffkin was staggering, had slurred speech, and smelled of alcohol. He was arrested for public intoxication and taken to jail.

The victim then met police at the police department and identified Buffkin, the report states.
