Palmetto Goodwill to host second-annual Prom Boutique

MYRTLE BEACH, SC (WMBF)- Palmetto Goodwill will host its second-annual Prom Boutique on Saturday, March 18 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Goodwill Community Service Center at 2150 Eagle Drive in North Charleston. The event provides local high school students an opportunity to shop for affordable prom dresses and accessories in a fun and sophisticated boutique environment.

Cocktail dresses will be sold for $14.99 and long evening gowns and ball gowns will be available for $19.99. Shoppers will enjoy complimentary refreshments, entertainment, prizes, giveaways and more, according to a news release from Goodwill.

Donations of dresses, shoes, purses and jewelry can be dropped off at any Goodwill location, the release states. All proceeds from the event will support Palmetto Goodwill’s mission of helping people in our community get jobs.
