The Plug Sneaker Boutique LLC announces grand opening date

MYRTLE BEACH, SC (WMBF) – The Plug Sneaker Boutique LLC , Myrtle Beach’s first sneaker boutique and clothing store, opens at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, December 31 at 602 Seaboard St., No. 4. in Myrtle Beach, according to The Plug’s press release.

The Plug Sneaker Boutique LLC allows people to buy, sell, trade, and cosign sneakers, the release states.

Chief Sneaker Lovers Kevin Yazici and Rhyan Weaver have collected and traded sneakers for more than 10 years, according to the release. After driving to other cities attending conventions and visiting other stores, they decided it was time for Myrtle Beach to have its own sneaker boutique.

According to a news release, two males forcibly entered a home on Ed Smith Road around 6:00 a.m. Friday morning. Once inside the home, the men demanded money from the victims. One of the suspects was armed.

    A Myrtle Beach business owner was arrested Saturday, accused of preparing false tax returns, tax evasion, forgery, and breach of trust. Michael Ray, owner of Litigation Support Services, LLC was arrested by the South Carolina Department of Revenue, according to a news release from SCDOR.
