Police seek "armed and dangerous" robbery suspects

LAURINBURG, NC (WMBF) – Police in Laurinburg are looking for two men in connection to a robbery, both are considered armed and dangerous.

Laurinburg Police shared wanted posters for Anthony Galbreath and Damien Fields on Facebook.

Both men are wanted for felony robbery with a dangerous weapon and felony conspiracy to commit robbery with a dangerous weapon.

Galbreath is believed to be in the Laurinburg and Greensboro areas of North Carolina. His last known addresses, according to police, are on Rolling Green Drive in High Point and West Allen Lane and Turnpike Road, both in Laurinburg.

Previous addresses for Fields, who is also known as "Buddy", are listed as Memory Lane in Laurinburg and Ellerbe Grove Church Road in Rockingham.

If you see either Galbreath or Fields you are asked to call Laurinburg Police at 910-276-3211.

    The lawsuit against Horry County Police and other associated defendants filed in 2016 by “Jane Doe” and “John Doe” alleging misconduct by now-deceased former detective Allen Large was settled and dismissed on Monday, according to court document obtained by WMBF News.

    Fire investigators with Horry County Fire Rescue have determined the origin of the fire at Windsor Green condos on April 12. According to a release from HCFR, the fire originated on the exterior wall of the second floor breezeway in proximity to Unit 201.
