Police arrest 4th suspect in Myrtle Beach shooting incident

MYRTLE BEACH, SC (WMBF) – A fourth suspect wanted in connection with a shooting incident at at Myrtle Beach apartment earlier this month was arrested by police Tuesday afternoon.

Police say Ryan Jobe Harrell was one of four men connected to a shooting on Greens Boulevard that happened December 7. Police announced he was wanted Tuesday afternoon, and he was booked into the Myrtle Beach Jail at about 7:20 p.m. Tuesday night and charged attempted murder, four counts of kidnapping, burglary, discharging firearms into a building, and possession of a weapon during a violent crime, according to jail records. 

The other three men, Amour Anderson, Marguis Montea Gray, and Justin Evans, had all been arrested already.

Police say three men, armed with weapons, forced their way into an apartment. While in the apartment multiple shots were fired.

The three men in custody have each been charged with burglary first degree, attempted murder, possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony, discharging firearm into a dwelling, and four counts of kidnapping.

    Students will spend their first full school day in the new Myrtle Beach Middle School, at the corner of 29th Avenue North and Oak Street, after it officially opened its doors to continue the second half of the school year.
