ATLANTA, GA (WMBF) – Two Georgia residents charged in connection with the death of a man whose remains were found in an Horry County field earlier this month have waived extradition from Atlanta, according to the Fulton County Sheriff's Office.

The Horry County Sheriff’s Office now has 15 business days to collect Johnathan Lamar Hillary and Bernithia Young, the two suspects accused of murder in the death of Timothy Buckley. For security reasons, the HCSO is not releasing the date and time that the two will be extradited back to Horry County.

Buckley’s remains were found in a field off of U.S. 501, near Rodeo Drive, on Nov. 10. He had been missing since September 30.

Both suspects were taken into custody in Atlanta last week and will be extradited back to Horry County accordingly, said Lt. Denis with Horry County Police.
