CONWAY – The Coastal Carolina football program will host rival Liberty this Thursday at 7 p.m., and the game will be telecast nationally on ESPNews. Prior to the football game, the Chanticleer men's soccer team will host Radford at 2 p.m., in the first round of the 2016 NCAA Championship. Following all the festivities Thursday, Coastal Carolina will have a fireworks show, which will start approximately 10 minutes after the conclusion of the football game.
IMPORTANT FOOTBALL PARKING INFORMATION
Due to Coastal Carolina University's first-ever home football this Thursday (Nov. 17) against the Liberty Flames, the following modifications regarding campus parking will be observed.
Parking Lot QQ (Premium Lot): Lot will close to general parking on Thursday, Nov. 17, at 7 a.m. All vehicles that are in the lot must be moved prior to 2 p.m.
Normal University parking regulations will be in effect until 4:30 p.m.
Prime and Select Chanticleer Athletic Foundation (CAF) donor lots will be available for parking on first-come, first-serve basis beginning at 4:30 p.m.
Student tailgating (Track & Field Complex): Setup at the Track & Field Complex will be available starting at 4:15 p.m. (Athletic practices will be conducted at the Track & Field Complex until 4 p.m.)

IMPORTANT SOCCER PARKING INFORMATION
Men's Soccer fans should park in the GG Lot (highway 510 entrance) and YY Lot (highway 544) for the soccer game and stay for football. Shuttles will be running all day to and from both locations.
COASTAL HOSTS NCAA SOCCER
Coastal Carolina men's soccer, fresh off the 2016 Sun Belt regular-season and tournament championships, will be making its seventh-straight NCAA Tournament appearance and its 14th overall. Coastal will additionally be hosting an NCAA Tournament game for the seventh time – sixth time in as many years.
The Chanticleers will host former conference rival Radford at 2 pm Thursday. Radford won the Big South this season to earn the league's automatic berth. Coastal defeated the Highlanders 2-1 earlier this season (Sept. 24) in Radford. The win spurred a strong end to the season as Coastal posted an 8-2-2 record over its last 12 matches. Overall, Coastal owns a 20-13-4 advantage in the series. Radford and UNC Asheville are CCU's second-most common opponent with 37 previous encounters. (CCU's most common opponent is Winthrop at 48 meetings.)
COASTAL FOOTBALL HOSTS LIBERTY
Coastal will host Liberty at 7 pm at Brooks Stadium before a national ESPNEWS television audience. The Flames are one of three teams Coastal has faced in each of its 14-year history. With wins in its last two meetings versus CCU, Liberty owns a 7-6 advantage in the all-time series. However, Coastal is 4-2 all-time versus the Flames in Brooks Stadium.
This game will be the first Thursday night game Coastal has ever hosted and it marks the second straight year the Chants and Flames have played before a national television audience.
In addition to hosting perhaps Coastal's top rival, fans will also enjoy a special halftime ceremony when the 2016 Chanticleer NCAA Division I national championship baseball team will be recognized.
FOOTBALL POSTGAME FIREWORKS
Fans will want to stay in their seats after the Coastal-Liberty game as there will be a fireworks show, starting approximately 10 minutes after the football game is over. The fireworks will be on display on the south end of the stadium (over the scoreboard).
