ROBESON COUNTY, NC (WMBF) – All Robeson County students have a two-hour delay before reporting to school on Monday.

According to a press release from the Public Schools of Robeson County, staff will report to work at normal time.

Monday is to be the first day back for Robeson County students following schools being closed for three weeks in the aftermath of Hurricane Matthew.

Parents are also being alerted to turnarounds or detours for the closed or damaged roads across the school district due to the storm and the subsequent flooding.

Anyone with questions about a bus stop or transportation of students should call their child’s individual school.
