GEORGETOWN COUNTY, SC (WMBF) – Four people were arrested Thursday by agents with the Georgetown County Sheriff's Office and the Fifteenth Circuit Drug Enforcement Unit for allegedly operating an indoor marijuana grow.
According to a DEU press release, Jon Michael Duvall, Steven Duvall II, Ian Hendriks and Katie Sanders were each charged with trafficking marijuana more than 100 plants but less than 1,000.
All four were taken to the Georgetown County Detention Center where they are being held pending a bond hearing, the release stated.
An investigation started following numerous citizens' complaints regarding increased traffic, suspicious activity and possible drug sales at 245 Jericho Court.
Once a search warrant was obtained for the home, agents reportedly found 107 marijuana plants as well as implements for care, propagation and cultivation, according to the release.
In addition to the marijuana plants and related products, agents reportedly also recovered a handgun, an assault rifle and a significant amount of cash.
