MYRTLE BEACH, SC (WMBF) – Area Recovery Cooperative, Inc. is collecting funds for both coastal and inland residents of Horry County who were impacted by Hurricane Matthew, according to Horry County's Emergency Management Facebook post.
The funds collected for the "Help The Grand Strand" disaster recovery fund will be used for human services that are currently unmet, the post states.
The funds will also enable residents to recover as quickly as possible.
Donors can mail a check, pay by phone, or pay online:
