    Horry County Fire Rescue crews are assisting the City of Conway Fire Department to battle an apartment fire, according to a Tweet from HCFR. The caller stated they’re trapped in the apartment and cannot get out due to the fire.

    Victims identified after car found in pond in Loris Saturday

    Two people were found dead in a pond by an Horry County Fire Rescue dive team near Loris after a vehicle crash early Saturday morning, officials confirmed. HCFR dive operations resumed at 10 a.m. Saturday morning, according to spokesman Mark Nugent. Dive personnel reported finding the two victims at about 12:40 p.m.

    North Myrtle Beach Fire Rescue crews battled a house fire early Sunday morning, according to a post on their Facebook page. Crews were called to a home in the 2000 block of Holly Drive just after 5:30 Sunday morning. Upon arrival, they found a working fire in the attic of the home.
