IMPACT OF MATTHEW: Viewers submit footage as storm hits the Grand Strand

HORRY COUNTY, SC (WMBF) – Hurricane Matthew’s effects were continuing to diminish during the early-morning hours on Sunday, but its impact will be felt for days, weeks and months to come as the cleanup begins.

Thousands across the Grand Strand the Pee Dee remained without power early Sunday.

As the storm brought strong wind gusts, storm surges and heavy rain, WMBF viewers sent in a number of videos showing the devastation.
