Powerball ticket worth $150,000 sold in Florence

FLORENCE, SC (WMBF) – Check those tickets! A Powerball ticket sold in Florence for Wednesday night’s drawing is worth $150,000!

The ticket was purchased at the Sav Way 28 on Second Loop Road, according to South Carolina Education Lottery officials.

The player purchased “Powerplay” for an additional $1, so their $50,000 prize was tripled to $150,000 when a “3” multiplier was selected, according to a news release.

The winner numbers for Wednesday night’s drawing were: 33 - 44 - 49 - 50 - 52   Powerball®: 8  

Players have 180 days from the date of the drawing to claim their pries, the release states.
